The hotel was RELAXING with lovely and amazing location on hectic Jeju island. Location: the property was not far from sea and sky, a very nice park and Jungmun beach. And it's just a short stroll away from Jungmun Bichi ka Oka o, ate there once or twice.

Lovely venue with a stunning view overlooking the sea. The rooms, designed like traditional thatched houses, were well-furnished and spacious. The serenity of the hotel, away from crowded swimming pools, made for a peaceful stay.
The beds and pillows were extremely hard, which may not be to everyone's comfort. The breakfast options were limited, with mostly traditional Korean dishes and a meager American breakfast.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room may have been a bit old, but the amazing bathroom made up for it. The location was perfect with stunning views of the sea, and the staff treated me like royalty.
Food for breakfast could have been better – more variety would have been nice.

As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I loved the traditional, thatched roof style guest houses and the beautiful botanical garden-like environment. The breakfast had a great selection of Korean and western dishes, and the view of the sea during breakfast was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located, with the airport express bus stopping right in front and the beach just a 7-minute walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the hotel manager and the receptionist.
Felt incredibly welcomed, no complaints at all.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue, complete with top-notch amenities. the spa and wellness center provide a range of services, including full body, foot, back, and head massages. the outdoor dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious cuisine from the restaurant, with special diet menus available upon request. the sun terrace and garden area offer breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere to relax in.
The only minor issue I encountered was that some staff had difficulty communicating in English, which occasionally caused miscommunication.
